I feel like there’s interest surrounding how each colorist work since our processes are different from not only each other, but (if you’re anything like me) our palettes change dramatically from book to book.   So here is a process gif for the spread in Bitch Planet 7.    Below it is also around a 128 color palette from about the 70′s-80′s in comics coloring as well as my personal chart I made in Photoshop that I refer to when coloring the book. This of course was after I had a long talk with Val and KS about colors and the aesthetic for the book and we all agreed to liking the old palette but tweaked a bit (especially for skin tones since there wasn’t much available for variation during that time) to really give it that pulpy-feel.
